Welcome to JOvJO, the online grocery delivery platform ("Platform") operated by JOvJO Inc. ("JOvJO," "we," or "us"). These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") govern your use of the JOvJO Platform, including the JOvJO mobile application (the "Application") and the JOvJO website located at https://jovjo.com (the "Website"). By using the JOvJO Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Use of the JOvJO Platform

a. Eligibility. To use the JOvJO Platform, you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding agreement with JOvJO. By using the JOvJO Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. If you are using the JOvJO Platform on behalf of a company or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that company or organization to this Agreement.

b. Account Registration. To use certain features of the JOvJO Platform, you may be required to register for an account with JOvJO. When you register for an account, you will be asked to provide certain information, such as your name, email address, and phone number. You agree that the information you provide to JOvJO during the account registration process and at all other times will be true, accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify JOvJO of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

c. Use of the JOvJO Platform. Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, JOvJO grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the JOvJO Platform for your personal or internal business purposes.

1. Purchases and Payments

a. Ordering. You may use the JOvJO Platform to purchase groceries and other goods ("Products") from our own shop that offers their Products for sale through the JOvJO Platform. To place an order for Products, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your delivery address and payment information. By placing an order, you agree to pay for the Products that you order, as well as any applicable taxes, delivery fees, and other charges.

b. Payment. JOvJO uses third-party payment processors to process payments for Products. By providing payment information to JOvJO, you authorize JOvJO to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order, including any applicable taxes, delivery fees, and other charges. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method that you provide to JOvJO. JOvJO reserves the right to cancel any order or suspend any account if we suspect fraudulent activity or unauthorized use of a payment method.

1. Delivery

a. Delivery Times. JOvJO will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time provided by JOvJO. However, JOvJO does not guarantee delivery times and is not liable for any damages or losses arising from delays in delivery.

b. Delivery Address. You are responsible for providing a delivery address that is accurate and complete. JOvJO is not responsible for any damages or losses arising from delivery to an incorrect or incomplete address.

c. Delivery Fees. JOvJO may charge a delivery fee for each order. The delivery fee will be displayed to you before you place your order.

d. Receipt of Products. You or a designated recipient must be present at the delivery address to receive the Products. If you are not available
